The opinion piece entitled “Expect Haaland to take ruthless revenge on Real. City will shake them and dominate Europe” highlights that Pep Guardiola’s side have everything to qualify well.
“Manchester City will not only eliminate Real Madrid, they will also stun them. Of course I could be wrong,” he said.
Rooney, however, adopted a cautious stance when talking about Carlo Ancelotti’s squad, but reinforced that he believes in a qualification for Citizens in the Champions League.
“There is no better team to deny arguments against him than Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid in the Champions League. But I think Manchester City are so good that they are on another level”, he exalted.
The first leg of this semifinal match will take place this Tuesday, at 4 pm (Brasília time), at the Santiago Bernabéu, in Madrid.
