The match between Manchester United and Brighton

Even far from their domains, Manchester United were the first to be in danger. In the first minute, Bruno Fernandes activated Antony. The Brazilian, facing the goal, finished outside, to the left of the opposing goalkeeper.

Brighton’s response happened at 12. Mitoma received it on the left, invaded the area, dribbled two markers and finished through the bottom line, close to De Gea’s crossbar. Four minutes later, Webster headed in a corner kick that was stopped by the Spanish goalkeeper.

Before the end of the first half, the Red Devils were in danger seven more times. The main chances to clear the scoreboard were in the 27th minute, with Rashford, and in the 28th, with Antony. Both had great saves from goalkeeper Steele.

In the second half, both clubs continued to seek the goal. The visitors arrived with Bruno Fernandes, at 22, while Brighton almost scored with Mitoma, at 12, March, at 40, and Mac Allister, at 44. However, none of the players managed to get past the opposing goalkeepers.

When the match seemed to go to a busy draw, but without goals, the hosts had a penalty scored in favor in the last second of the game. After another great save by De Gea, this time with a submission by Moisés Caicedo, Luke Shaw put his hand on the ball and the penalty was called in the 53rd minute. Mac Allister went to the kick, moved the goalkeeper and gave final numbers to the confrontation.
