Fitness Expert Suggests Incorporating Jump Squats into Your Cardio Workout Program

Fitness expert Tim Lew named the four best exercises for a ten-minute cardio workout. His words leads the portal Eat This, Not That.

The specialist advised to start the lesson by raising the knees to chest level in a standing position. The movement must be performed 20 times with each leg. After that, you need to move on to running in place with an overlap of the lower leg.

The next exercise in the program is 15 deep jump squats. To complete the workout, according to Lew, you can jump with your elbow touching your knee. To do this, jumping up, reach your knee to the opposite arm bent at the elbow, repeat the movement ten times on each side. Lew noted that the workout can be done in a circuit and complete as many approaches as possible.
