Voronezh “Fakel” announced the departure of head coach Dmitry Pyatibratov. This was reported on the official website of the team.
This coaching resignation was the 17th in the 2022/2023 season in the Russian Premier League (RPL). It is noted that the contract was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties. “I want to thank the club, which gave me the chance to work at the highest level, the players and coaches with whom I had a chance to work, the staff,” said Pyatibratov. The specialist noted that he would have only good memories from this stage of his career, and wished the team victories.
Pyatibratov headed Fakel in 2020. Under his leadership, the club left the First League in the RPL.
After 25 games in the Russian Championship of the 2022/2023 season, the Voronezh team is in 14th place with 21 points. Fakel will play their next match on the road against Rostov on May 6.
