Fitness expert and nutritionist Brea Lofton gave advice on working out the muscles of the hands and reducing their volume. Her words are quoted by Forbes.

The specialist noted that in order to make the arms slender, it is important to improve the physical shape in general. “The only way to get rid of arm fat is to reduce overall body fat through a healthy diet and exercise to maintain health and body weight,” said Lofton. She added that it is necessary to drink more water and cut down on snacks made from foods with a high insulin index (bread, cereal, chips and sweets).

The expert explained that in order to burn adipose tissue and work out the muscles of the hands, it is worth including strength training with dumbbells and cardio in your schedule. “At least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio about three to five times a week can be helpful in balancing your calorie intake,” Lofton said.
