Ak Bars defeated CSKA and equalized the score in the final series of the KHL playoffs
Kazan “Ak Bars” defeated Moscow CSKA in the sixth match of the final playoff series of the Continental Hockey League (KHL). This is reported by the correspondent of “Lenta.ru”.
The meeting was held in Moscow at the CSKA Arena and ended with a score of 3:0 in favor of the guests. Kazan forwards Artyom Galimov and Vadim Shipachev scored with goals. The third goal into an empty net was scored by forward Nikita Dynak.
Thus, Ak Bars equalized the score in the series up to four victories – 3:3. The last decisive match for the Gagarin Cup will be held at the arena of Kazan on April 29. The starting whistle will sound at 17:00 Moscow time.
CSKA is the current owner of the Gagarin Cup. Last season, in the final series, the army team turned out to be stronger than Metallurg Magnitogorsk.
