On March 31, the honored coach of Russia in figure skating Alexander Zhulin assessed the possible return of beer to football stadiums. He advocated a similar solution. “You always want to relax and watch football,” Zhulin said. Also, in his opinion, the sale of beer will help increase attendance at the stadiums.
The ban on the sale of beer at sports facilities has been in force throughout the country since January 1, 2005. During the World Cup in Russia, beer returned to the stadiums as an exception.
