Moscow “Dynamo” defeated “Paris Nizhny Novgorod” in the match of the 23rd round of the Russian Premier League (RPL). This is reported by the correspondent of “Lenta.ru”.
The meeting was held in Moscow at the VTB Arena stadium and ended with a score of 3:1 in favor of the hosts. In the 70th minute, the midfielder of the guests Denis Glushakov converted the penalty. Then forward Yaroslav Gladyshev, midfielder Daniil Fomin and forward Fyodor Smolov scored a penalty against Muscovites.
In a parallel match, the Samara “Wings of the Soviets” took on another outsider – the Moscow region “Khimki”. The game ended in a goalless draw.
Thus, after 23 matches, Dynamo is in fifth place in the RPL standings, with 39 points. Krylya Sovetov is in 12th place with 25 points, Nizhny Novgorod is in 13th place with 19 points, and Khimki is penultimate, 15th with 14 points.
