With this result, Brazil has six points, at the top of the table, while Paraguay is in last place, zeroed.
Brazil’s next match is against Ecuador, on Monday, at 21:00 (Brasília time), at the Atahualpa Stadium, stage of the victory against Venezuela. Paraguay faces Argentina, on the same day, at 4 pm.
The game
At the beginning of the first half, Brazil soon went after opening the scoring. There were two shots on goal, but the first one went out and then the goalkeeper defended. However, the Paraguayans opened the scoring in the 18th minute, with Riveros.
The Brazilian team then responded and left everything equal at 22. Riquelme received a good pass, dribbled the marking and crossed the area to Kauã Elias, who saw Villalba try to cut and ended up countering. Shortly after, Brazil almost doubled with a shot from outside Kauã’s area, but the ball went wide.
