João Pedro scores, CR7 goes blank, and Watford beats United

This Saturday, Watford and Manchester United dueled for the 12th round of the Premier League. Away from home, Solskjaer’s team lost 4-1. Joshua, Ismaila Sarr, Emmanuel Dennis and Brazilian João Pedro scored for the home team. Van de Beek cashed for the Red Devils.

With the result, the Manchester team is in seventh position, with 17 points. Ranieri’s team is in 16th place, with 13.

In the next round, United visit Chelsea, on Sunday (28/11), at 1:30 pm (GMT). Watford, in turn, plays away from home against Leicester, on the same day, at 11 am (GMT).

The game – In the first half, after just eight minutes, McTominay committed a foul inside the area, giving the opportunity to Watford from the lime mark. Ismaila Sarr charged, De Gea saved, but Kiko made the rebound. However, the referee sent it back for trespassing. Sarr hit again, and the Spanish goalkeeper saved once more.

At 28, Joshua King opened the scoring for the hosts after receiving a great pass. At 44, Ismaila Sarr finally managed to send the ball to the net, in a cross kick.

In the second stage, Manchester United dropped after five minutes. Cristiano Ronaldo received a cross and just fixed it for Van de Beek to puff up the nets.

However, the visitors’ reaction became more difficult at 24. Defender Harry Maguire received a second yellow card and was sent off.

In additions, the Brazilian João Pedro scored the third and guaranteed the three points for Claudio Ranieri’s team. There was still time for Emmanuel Dennis to close the score.
