CSKA Moscow defeated SKA St. Petersburg in the fifth match of the final of the Western Conference of the Continental Hockey League (KHL). This is reported by the correspondent of “Lenta.ru”.

CSKA took the lead in the semi-final series of the KHL playoffs against SKA with a score of 3-2. The next match of the series up to four wins will take place on April 12 in Moscow. In the final of the KHL Eastern Conference, Ak Bars Kazan defeated Avangard Omsk.
The current owner of the Gagarin Cup is CSKA. Last season, in the final series, the army team turned out to be stronger than Metallurg Magnitogorsk.
