Police in Samara are investigating the admission of a secondary school student to the hospital after a conflict with a peer at an educational institution. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Earlier, there were reports in social networks that at school No. 91 in Samara, one student stabbed another with a knife.
“Police officers are working at the scene of an incident following a report received by the police from a secondary school in the city of Samara about a conflict between two students born in 2007. One of the participants in the conflict was hospitalized in a medical institution, ”the press service of the central office said.
The government of the region noted that the situation in the Samara school number 91, where there was a conflict between students, was reported to the governor Dmitry Azarov, who instructed the Minister of Education and Science of the region Viktor Akopyan, together with law enforcement agencies, to sort out what happened.
Irina Kokovina, head of the department of education of the administration of Samara, specified that the victim was stabbed, and the director called an ambulance to the school.
“Today, at a school in the Sovietsky district, a student injured his classmate with a penknife. The injured child, accompanied by a teacher, went down to the medical office, which is located on the ground floor, where he was immediately given first aid. The head of the institution promptly called an ambulance and the police. Paramedics arrived and took the child to the hospital.
