The Athletic included Kravtsov and Guryanov in the list of the main disappointments of the NHL season

The Athletic has compiled a list of the biggest disappointments of the 2022/2023 season of the National Hockey League (NHL). It is available on the publication’s website.

The list included former New York Rangers forward who moved to the Vancouver Canucks, Vitaly Kravtsov, and former Dallas Stars forward Denis Guryanov, who currently plays for the Montreal Canadiens. It is noted that the successes of hockey players in the teams in which they started the season were taken into account.

Earlier, The Athletic, together with the statistical service GSVA, compiled a list of the 100 most valuable players in the NHL this season. The leader was the Canadian striker and captain of the Edmonton Oilers Connor McDavid. The best among the Russians in the ranking was Tampa Bay Lightning striker Nikita Kucherov, who took 16th place.

The NHL regular season will end on April 14. The playoff series will start on April 18.
