FTC RFU will consider criticism of the judges by the head coach of Spartak Guillermo Abascal
The Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Russian Football Union (FTC RFU) at the next meeting will consider the statements of the head coach of Spartak Moscow, Guillermo Abascal. This was reported to TASS by the head of the committee Artur Grigoryants.
“Let’s consider media materials from the press conference of Spartak head coach Guillermo Abascal after the match with Akhmat,” said Grigoryants. After the match, the Spanish specialist criticized the referees, saying that the players of the Grozny team deliberately played for time from the first minute of the game, but were not punished.
April 1 “Spartak” tied with “Akhmat” with a score of 0:0. After 21 rounds, the Moscow team has 41 points and is on the third line of the Russian Premier League table. Akhmat is in sixth place with 33 points.
33-year-old Abaskal headed Spartak on June 10, 2022. He succeeded the Italian Paolo Vanoli, who left the club after six months on the job.
