According to the newspaper O Tempo, Pezzolano would have outlined a career plan with the ultimate goal of being coach of the Uruguayan national team and would like to coach a club in Europe.
In the Spanish Championship, Valladolid occupies the 16th position in the table with 28 points added, one more than the 18th placed Almería, which opens the relegation zone. Ronaldo’s side have won just one of their last seven games and were knocked out of the Copa del Rey in January.
Under the command of Pacheta, the team played 75 official matches and gained access to La Liga last season. However, in this Spanish Championship, Valladolid only won 8 games after 27 rounds.
