He goalkeeper Jakub Skrzyniarz ha renovated with the Bidasoa Irun and, in this way, he will continue defending the goal of the Irundarra team during the 2023-24 season, as reported by Bidasoa this Thursday.

Skrzyniarz ended his contract at the end of the current season, which is his first as a Bidasoa player. International with the Polish national team, he arrived in Irun in 2022 from MSK Gornik Zabrze.

So far, he has played 34 games with Bidasoa Irun (20 in the League, 13 in European competition and one in the Cup). With his renewal, the team coached by Jacobo Cuétara already has the goalkeeper position covered for the next campaign, given that Mehdi Harbaoui, Bidasoa’s other goalkeeper, has also confirmed his continuity at the Gipuzkoan club.

For the Bidasoa Irun squad for the 2023-24 campaign to be fully defined, the fate of Víctor Rodríguez and Mihalo Mitic remains to be decided. Jon Azkue, Julen Aginagalde and Ander Ugarte will be out, and the club has signed Peter Pacheco, Stephen Salinas, Marko Jevtic and Jakub Saldkowskiwhich will alternate the first and second teams.
