The French newspaper L’Equipe released the list of the highest salaries in European football on Wednesday. At the top of the list is PSG’s star attack trio, formed by Messi, Neymar and Mbappé. The French striker receives almost twice as much as his two teammates.
Under the new contract signed in May 2022, Kylian Mbappé receives a salary of 6 million euros per month, that is, approximately 33.5 million reais, without considering tax deductions.
Next on the list of the best paid, Brazilian Neymar earns 3.675 million euros a month (about 20.5 million reais), while Messi earns 3.375 million euros (19 million reais, approximately).
The salaries of the attacking trio of the Paris Saint Germain are the most valuable French Championship, and of course, the club itself. Apart from Messi, Neymar and Mbappé, the players who receive the highest salaries in the team are the Italian Marco Verratti and the Brazilian Marquinhos, who earn 1.2 million euros a month, that is, 6.7 million reais.
