Striker Marcus Rashford of Manchester Unitedwill deselect the England at the start of the Qualifiers for the Euro 2024, in the games against Italy and Ukraine, after suffering a blow on Sunday, in the victory of the “Red Devils” by 3 to 1 over Fulham, for the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.
Newcastle goalkeeper Nick Pope and midfielder Mason Mount were also dropped from the squad announced last week by manager Gareth Southgate through injury.
Tottenham goalkeeper Fraser Forster was the only player called up to replace the injured.

Rashford, 25, is having the best season of his career, with 27 goals, 19 of them after the 2022 World Cup, where he scored three times in five games.
