CSKA Moscow snatched victory from Lokomotiv Yaroslavl in the second quarterfinal playoff match of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). This is reported by the correspondent of “Lenta.ru”.
The meeting was held in Moscow and ended with the score 3:2. By the middle of the second period of the game, the guests were leading 2-0 thanks to goals from Denis Alekseev and Maxim Berezkin, but then the hosts scored twice in less than one minute. In the first match of the 1/4 finals of the Gagarin Cup, the Moscow army team beat Lokomotiv with a score of 2:0. All goals were scored in the third period.
The score in the series up to four wins was 2:0 in favor of CSKA. The teams will play the next match on March 21 in Yaroslavl.
