Real Sociedad condemns the incidents prior to the match against Roma

The Royal Society has condemned this Friday the incidents “carried out by supposedly fans of Real Sociedad and Roma” in the run-up to Europa League match played on Thursday at the Reale Arena, while warning that it will not “admit” those who participated in them as partners.
The incidents happened when a bus carrying fans de la Roma stopped in front of the Anoeta stadium and several fans got out, at which point a group of ultras supposedly supporters of Real Sociedad they attacked them and the bus with chairs from the terrace of a bar and other blunt objects.
Incidents were also recorded when the Roma bus arrived in a square near the stadium, where the ultras of Real Sociedad clashed with the Ertzaintza.
As a result of the altercations, three people between the ages of 19 and 31 were detained by the agents.
The club has shown its “firm determination” to “not admit” among its members people who, “if the investigations prove it, participated in yesterday’s incidents.”
