Idiakez and Martínez, fourth in dual banked slalom by teams

The Spanish couple formed by the Gipuzkona Irati Idiakez and Raquel Martinez stayed fourth in the modality of dual banked slalom by teamsthe last test of the Adapted Snowboard World Championships that have been held at the La Molina station (Girona Pyrenees) from March 9 to 17.
In a very close semifinal, the Spanish team lost to Poles Monika Kotzian and Natalia Siuba-Jarosz, who ended up taking the gold against the Americans Dennae Russel and Peggy Martin. In the bronze race, Americans Brenna Clegg and Rebecca Johnston were fastest.
After this last test, Spain concluded the competition with three medals. Idiakez won the dual banked slalom goldthe silver in cross and a second gold in team cross along with Martinez.
