According to the newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, Pogba arrived at the training center in Turin on Wednesday night and was late for the training session. Allegri would no longer include the player among the starters against Freiburg and decided not to list Pogba.

In this way, the French midfielder joins Milik and De Sciglio as Juventus’s absences for the decisive duel for the first leg of the round of 16 of the Europa League, which starts at 5 pm (Brasília time). The young Miretti will start in midfield alongside Rabiot and Locatelli.
Pogba returned to Juventus at the start of this season but has yet to make a run of appearances in the starting line-up. After two injuries in a row, the Frenchman has appeared in just two games, against Turin and Roma, in recent weeks.
