Russian figure skater Elizaveta Tuktamysheva spoke about her relationship with Japanese rivals Maya Mihara and Kaori Sakamoto. Her words are quoted by TASS.
“I love them and miss them,” said Tuktamysheva. She also wished the Japanese women a successful performance at the home world championship, which will be held at the end of March in Saitama.
Earlier, Tuktamysheva said that she believes in friendship between skaters. “If they are close to my age, why not be friends. When there are two strong rivals who go head to head, there may not be friendship, but we have so many good girls, ”she said.
