O Milan was defeated by Fiorentina this Saturday afternoon, by 2-1, in a game valid for the 25th round of the Italian Championship. The Milan team, which came from three wins in a row, wasted the chance to climb the leaderboard and was parked in fourth place.
If they won the match, the red-black team could take the vice-leadership of the competition, below Napoli. However, the setback left Milan 18 points from the top of the tournament, which practically rules out any possibility of winning the title.
