Thus, the hosts open an advantage in the fight for a place in the big decision of the competition. With the result, the team plays for a draw in the next meeting between the teams. In the event of a victory for Athletic Bilbao by a goal difference, the decision will go into overtime and, persisting equality on the aggregate score, the classification will be defined on penalties.
Now, the teams face each other again for the return match on April 4 (Wednesday), at 5 pm (Brasília time). The stage for the match will be the San Mamés Stadium, in Bilbao (ESP). On the other side of the key, Real Madrid and Barcelona make the first derby this Thursday.
Before that, however, both clubs turn their attention to the Spanish Championship. Next Monday, starting at 5 pm, Osasuna will receive Celta de Vigo, again in Pamplona. The previous afternoon, Athletic Bilbao visit Rayo Vallecano, at 2:30 pm, at the Campo de Fútbol de Vallecas stadium, in Madrid (ESP).

Osasuna’s goal against Athletic Bilbao
After the first half without great chances built by the two teams, Osasuna came back from the break hungrier for the result and opened the scoring in the second minute of the final stage. Abde Ezzalzouli shot from inside the area and scored.
Finally, in the final minutes, at 49, Athletic Bilbao had a great chance to tie. Gorka Guruzeta invaded the area and hit hard, in the left corner of the goal defended by Sergio Herrera. However, the Spanish goalkeeper made a great save and spread it out for a corner. The ball went off the crossbar.
