“Set a timer for ten minutes and do each exercise for 60 seconds. Rest 30 seconds after every third exercise,” Mayer explains. According to her, this workout will help you lose up to 4.5 kilograms in ten days.

The specialist advised to start the lesson with running in place, and then move on to squats with jumps. The coach notes that you need to squat to an angle of 90 degrees and, when rising, bounce low. After that, the program includes side lunges and push-ups.

Further, Meyer recommends doing the Climber exercise. “Get into a plank position and at an active pace, raise your knees one at a time to the opposite elbow. Keep your torso straight,” the coach warns. After, remaining in the plank position, for a minute it is necessary to do jumps with the legs spread to the side.

The trainer advised to complete the lesson with a block of three exercises. The first of these is running in place with a high hip lift. Then squats with jumps after a pause, for this you need to linger in the squat for one to two seconds. The final exercise – “Stool”: leaning back against the wall, you need to sit down to an angle of 90 degrees and maintain this position for 60 seconds.

Earlier, fitness expert Jay Cardiello spoke about the rules for returning to training after a long break. The specialist suggested starting with yoga or stretching and flexibility exercises twice a week.
