Scientists from the Guangdong Academy of Medical Sciences (China) called the advantage of daytime workouts over evening ones. This is reported by the journal Nature Communications.
In the course of research, it turned out that classes in the daytime have a more favorable effect on the state of the cardiovascular system than in the evening. The most notable improvements were seen in men and the elderly.
Experts recommended including at least 150 minutes of intense or moderate exercise in your schedule weekly. The optimal time for training, according to them, falls on the interval from 11.00 to 17.00.
Earlier, fitness expert Jay Cardiello spoke about the rules for returning to training after a long break. The specialist suggested starting with yoga or stretching and flexibility exercises twice a week.
