Russian football club Shinnik received compensation after a fight with Ukrainians in Turkey
The general director of Shinnik, Sergey Kulakov, said that the Russian club sent a request to the organizer of the training camp in Turkey, who booked a hotel in Antalya for the team, about a fight with the players of the Ukrainian Minai. It is reported by “Sport-Express”.
“At the moment we have not received a response. There are legal deadlines for providing a response. Very little time has passed. When the deadlines come up, we will pay attention to this, ”Kulakov said. He also noted that the team received compensation for the costs incurred.
On February 13, the players of Shinnik and Minay staged a mass brawl at the Royal Seginus Hotel in Antalya. After the incident, both teams checked out of the hotel.
Shinnik said that Russian players stood up for a teammate who was attacked by Ukrainians. In “Minaj” they considered that the Russians provoked the Transcarpathians. Both teams stated that they did not want to live in the same hotel with each other.
