The coach called the training scheme “all or nothing” a mistake that complicates weight loss
Trainer and nutritionist Sarah Bockhart called the mistakes during training, complicating weight loss. Her words leads The Sun.
According to the expert, when losing weight, you can’t stick to the all-or-nothing exercise regimen. “If you work an hour or more as hard as you can and then do nothing for several days, then most likely these workouts are doing you more harm than good,” she said.
Bockhart advised including short but frequent trips to the gym into your schedule and increasing the intensity of physical activity in your daily life – for example, taking walks during the work day.

Bockhart also recalled the importance of strength training for maintaining muscle mass. “The body expends more energy during the day to provide healthy muscles, meaning it burns more calories,” she added.
The trainer noted several more mistakes when losing weight: refusal to sleep healthy for seven to eight hours, not enough protein in the diet, and incorrect goal setting. “Take a second, ask yourself why you are losing weight, and write it down,” Bockhart recommended, explaining that understanding the task affects motivation.
