MMA fighter Jeff Monson said that life in the US was more comfortable than in Russia
Mixed style fighter (MMA) Jeff Monson compared life in Russia and the USA. His words are reported by Match TV.
Monson said that life in the United States was more comfortable than in Russia. “I had a nice house, a car, more money. In general, the infrastructure there is better – roads, for example. But the problem is different: there are good people in America, but the country itself is soulless, ”the former fighter shared.
The athlete noted that in Russia he likes that people always support each other. “By the way, I’m currently in the process of renouncing American citizenship. After that, I will only have a Russian passport,” he added.
Monson received Russian citizenship in 2018. The American is known for his performances in MMA and grappling. He has 60 wins and 26 losses in mixed martial arts. He retired in the winter of 2021.
