This Sunday, Hertha Berlin won three important points in the fight against relegation. At the Olímpico stadium, the home team lost and sought to come back against Borussia Monchengladbach, by 4-1, for the 20th round of the Bundesliga.
In the 17th minute, after crossing the corner, defender Nico Elveldi headed into the net and opened the scoring for the visitors. Hertha’s equalizer only came half an hour into the game, when Richter broke through on the right and crossed for Ngankam to push towards the goal.
On the way back from the break, defender Dárdai received a pass from the midfielder and risked a long shot. The ball traveled with great force, touched the crossbar before entering the goal and Hertha turned the match with a great goal.
In the game’s final stoppage time, Scherhant dominated with his back to the lineup, spun around the defenders and hit a beautiful shot into the left corner to widen. In the sequence, Tousart invaded the area and was knocked down. From the penalty spot, the Belgian Lukébakio decreed the rout by 4 to 1.

Hertha is in 16th position with 20 points added in the German Championship. Borussia Monchengladbach, on the other hand, drops to tenth place, with 26 points.
