Robert Johansson loses feeling in his legs. “Jumping Gets Dangerous”

Due to his ailments, he even began to think about ending his career. – I lose feeling in my foot or leg below the knee and jumping becomes difficult and even dangerous. The ailment comes and goes at different times. This can be during a warm-up, competition or car ride. It is difficult to practice this discipline when the body does not listen to the head one hundred percent – he said in an interview with NRK.

Now Johansson has spoken to the Norwegian newspaper Dagblated. It turns out that in the past he underwent two surgeries for injured back. However, the problems did not go away, and took a new form. – The cause is the sciatic nerve, which is connected to the nerve in the buttocks and knee. It’s obvious when you lose feeling in your leg.
