This Thursday, the Uruguayan team Boston River played its first match for Copa Libertadores of America in history and debuted with a 3-1 victory over Zamora, from Venezuela, at the Centenario Stadium, in Montevideo.
For the first leg of the first round of the pre-Libertadores, Boston River won with goals from Leonard Martínez, in the 23rd minute of the 1st half, Mathías Acuña, in the 10th minute of the 2nd time, and Emiliano Gómez, in the 19th minute of the final stage. César Magallán scored for Zamora, in the 20th minute of the 2nd half.

The victory gives Boston River a two-goal lead in the second leg, which will be played on February 16th, next Thursday, in Venezuela.
The team that wins the duel will qualify for the second preliminary round. The opponent will be Huracán, from Argentina. The Brazilians Fortaleza e Atlético-MG only debut in this phase 2 of the pre-Libertadores.
