O Flamengo released, this Sunday, the list of players registered for the Club World Cup. The club from Rio de Janeiro took 31 athletes to Morocco, but the tournament only allows the registration of 23 players.

Flamengo also took athletes to Morocco who are recovering from physical problems or injured, such as Bruno Henrique and Victor Hugo.
Coach Vítor Pereira cut most of the young players. In this way, in addition to Bruno Henrique and Vitor Hugo, Cleiton, Igor Jesus, Mateusão, Petterson, Werton and Wesley were also left out of the list.
Flamengo debuts in the Club World Cup against Al Hilal, in the semifinal of the competition. The duel will take place this Tuesday, at 4 pm (Brasília time), at the Grand Stade de Tanger.
