“The CABA Public Ministry informs that it requested the search and closure of the Superior South Tribune of the Boca Juniors stadium, in a preventive manner and in view of potential security risks in order to be able to carry out the corresponding technical studies”, said the Justice in a statement.
“This procedure stems from an investigation into the resale of tickets and the subsequent risk report presented by the experts in charge who consider that certain building deficiencies and deficiencies combined with an excess of public constitute a dangerous situation”, he completes.
The banning of the sector happens shortly after some videos of the stands shaking and with cracks go viral on social networks. Boca claims that it has always complied with all the necessary procedures and considers the measure unfair.
Boca Juniors regrets this judicial decision, which it considers unfair, discriminatory, surprising and untimely, due to the proximity of the event.
