Rodnina, in response to Kokorin’s words about the prison, said that the hunchbacked grave would not fix
Three-time Olympic champion in figure skating, State Duma deputy Irina Rodnina appreciated the statement of the Russian forward of the Cypriot “Aris” Alexander Kokorin about the benefits of prison for men. It is reported by “RB-Sport”.
“If one is helped by a reprimand, another by a corner, a third by an injury, a fourth by an accident, then there are those who need to go to jail, probably,” Rodnina noted. She added that Kokorin does not understand the principles of Fair Play. “Then the grave won’t fix the hunchback,” commented the deputy.
On February 1, Kokorin said that he did not regret having a criminal record. In his opinion, every man would do well to be behind bars.
On October 8, 2018, Kokorin, along with another football player Pavel Mamaev, staged two fights in the center of Moscow. Athletes were prosecuted and spent almost a year in prison.
