About Maliszewski’s potential transfer to Lazio. Now everything is arranged and the documents signed. The less than 19-year-old goalkeeper will initially join the U-19 team playing in the Italian Primavera to gain experience and get used to playing in one of the leading Italian clubs.

Maliszewski’s move to Lazio is aimed not only at starting cooperation with coaches with higher skills. Even before the transfer was confirmed, there was a lot of talk about the possibilities that the club would give the Polish talent. According to Sport.pl journalist Jakub Seweryn, the footballer was to be presented with a project to develop his career, which would eventually reach its peak in the first team of the Roman club.

In recent years, the pupil of Jagiellonia Białystok had the opportunity to train and play in the youth team of Parma. There, however, he definitely lacked performances in the first team. Throughout the entire autumn round, the Pole appeared between the posts only once, keeping a clean sheet.

In Lazio, the situation of the goalkeeper from Podlasie is to change significantly. It is Maliszewski who is supposed to get the most chances. The aim of the authorities is to prepare him to enter the first team, which is still looking for a class goalkeeper.

At the moment, there are two Italian goalkeepers in the Lazio Primavera U19 team. Leonardo Martinelli and Federico Magro were born in 2005 and look to the future with hope. The main goalkeeper is Magro, who has kept four clean sheets in 13 appearances. Martinelli only played once, in the Coppa Primavera.

The first chance for the pupil of Jagiellonia may be a match against the youth team of Monopoli. The match is to be played on February 4, at a stadium located near the coast of the Adriatic Sea. The definite favorites of the meeting will be players from Rome, who are currently leading the Primavera 2-B table.
