Juventus loses at home to Monza falls in the Italian table

The visiting team’s courage was rewarded and, 18 minutes into the first half, billionaire Silvio Berlusconi’s club opened the scoring with Patrick Ciurria, who received a deep ball and shot hard, with no chances for Szczęsny.

Juve was unable to impose itself during the first half, the Turin team had a bad start and could barely stop the opposing attacks. With that, at 39, Dany Mota received, cleared the goalkeeper Szczęsny and pushed for the empty net: 2 to 0 Monza and end of the first half.

In the second stage, the game didn’t change course, Juventus even tried to bother, but failed in the finals, almost not giving much work to goalkeeper Di Gregorio.

Monza, in turn, managed to arrange some dangerous counterattacks against Velha Senhora, but did not reach the goal, causing the match to end with the same score as the first half.

With the victory, Monza reaches 25 points and 11th in the Italian rankings, billionaire Silvio Berlusconi’s team takes the field against Sampdoria in their next Serie A commitment.

Juventus are in 13th place, with 23 points, and are far from repeating what they did in previous years in the National Championship. The Old Lady’s next match is for the quarterfinals of Coppa Italia, against Lazio.

AC Milan v Sassuolo

In another match played this Sunday, the Milan received Sassuolo at the San-Siro and ended up suffering a thrashing, which further exposed the bad phase of the team. The match ended with the score of 5 to 2 for the visitors, the goals were scored by Giroud and Origi (Milan) and Defrel, Frattesi, Berardi, Laurienté and Matheus Henrique (Sassuolo).

After the bitter result, Milan now occupies fourth place in the championship – with 38 points – and far from repeating the great performances of last season, when it was Italian champion. Sassuolo is only sixteenth in the competition, with 20 points.
