Last weekend the World Cup competitions were held in Sapporo, Japan. Three individual competitions were held there, in which Ryoyu Kobayashi (twice) and Stefan Kraft triumphed. , who is 48 points ahead of Halvor Egner Granerud.

In the coming weekend the competitors will move to the Kulm mammoth hill located in Bad Mitterndorf, Austria. This is where the first ski flying competition of the season will take place.

Only qualifications for the first competition are scheduled for Friday, January 27th. They will start at 12:45. The competition itself will be played a day later, on Saturday, January 28 at 14:15. On Sunday, January 29, first the qualifications will take place, which are scheduled for 12:40, and almost immediately after them, because at 14:15, the second individual competition will start.

Thomas Thurnbichler, the coach of the Polish national team, appointed five players for the World Cup in Bad Mitterndorf. They will start in: Dawid Kubacki, Kamil Stoch, Piotr Żyła, Aleksander Zniszczoł and Jakub Wolny.
