Ovechkin praised Washington’s exit from the Stanley Cup with the phrase “fucking situation”

The Washington Capitals lost to the Florida Panthers in the first round playoff series of the National Hockey League (NHL). This is reported by the correspondent of “Lenta.ru”.

The Russian striker of the capital club Alexander Ovechkin praised the departure from the Stanley Cup in one sentence. “Some kind of fucked up situation,” he said in a post-match interview.

Florida, which is played by Russian goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky, made it to the second round of the NHL playoffs for the first time in 26 years.
