The investigation not only includes the testimony of the female, but also the reconstruction of the case that contains the images of what happened that night, which compromise the player, who also offered a statement.
Alves is increasingly compromised by various versions that he has given, which are contradicted in his defense and do not refute the woman’s accusation with weight.

Given this scenario, the player’s defense prepares the strategy to achieve, at least, provisional freedom, for which reason he studies an appeal against his admission to prison with another statement before the judge who accuses him.
Part of the defense’s error was not acting in advance, to prevent him from being arrested, after the statements of the defendant and the player himself.
Given this, only Alves will know whether or not to change his defense lawyer, given that his lawyer failed in the attempt not to let him be arrested.
For now, the player will continue in Brians 2, with a little more privileges and high security that avoids the possible risk of flight.
