The belt must be taken with your hands at the level of the chest, between the hands there should be a distance one and a half times wider than the shoulders. Next, you need to make circular movements with your hands without bending your elbows: you need to raise your arms with a belt stretched between them above your head and bring them as far behind your back as possible, fix the position, and then return to their original position.
To stretch the back of the thigh, the specialist suggests performing such a task. It is necessary to lie on the floor, pick up the belt and hook one leg with it, the other leg remains on the floor. The leg with the belt must be pulled up and completely straightened so that the belt stretches. Next, swing back and forth. After two or three minutes, the legs should be changed.
To stretch the inner thigh, you need to take the starting position, as in the previous exercise. Next, you need to lower your leg with a stretched belt to the side almost to the floor at an angle of 90 degrees. Then you need to perform small swings parallel to the floor with a belt.
