Six minutes later Milan, under the command of Stefano Pioli, equalized. After a free kick, Vrij’s defender headed against his own goal and evened the score. At 27, Lautaro MartÃnez missed a penalty and failed to put Inter ahead.
The complementary stage also had good chances. However, the teams failed to balance the nets. With more ball possession, Inter created opportunities, however, failed in submissions. Milan, in turn, pressed until the end, but was unsuccessful.
