Recently, EA SPORTS™ published the official list of 100 players who deserved a nomination through their performances on the pitch throughout the calendar year, but ultimately it will be the fans who will decide who deserves a place in the prestigious FIFA 23 TOTY XI XI.
The nominees include the biggest names in global football, including Freshly minted world champion Lionel Messi or Golden Ball winner Karim Benzema, but also emerging stars like Jude Bellingham or Bukayo Saki and players who became heroes of the last championships like Yassine Bounou or Sofyana Amrabat.
The list also includes two Poles – Robert Lewandowski and the hero of the World Cup, Wojciech Szczęsny, and it depends only on the fans whether they will be in the final eleven.
This year, the rivalry among strikers promises to be particularly interesting. In addition to Robert Lewandowski or Karim Benzema, we have Erling Haland, who dominates the Premier League, and Kylian Mbappe, who was incredible during the World Cup – the choice will be hard.
Voting has already started and will last until January 17, 8:59 am. The results will be known on January 19.
How to vote for Team of the Year (TOTY)?
In order to vote for your favorites, you first need to go to the official voting website: . Next, we will see a virtual turf and places to drag the players’ cards to the 1-4-3-3 formation. We start the selection with the goalkeeper, and then we successively select players from subsequent formations, i.e. defenders, midfielders and strikers. Of course, you can do this in any order. Just switch the tabs that are located just above the player cards.
When we choose our eleven (Team of The Year), just accept the rules and click the “Send vote” button, which is located to the right of the board with players. After all these activities, we will see a window in which we will be able to download graphics with our squad in two formats, and also immediately share it on Facebook, Twitter or Whatsapp.
The XI chosen by football fans will go to FIFA Ultimate Team mode in a special edition of TOTY and will receive statistics updates. Team of the Year will also be available in FIFA Mobile from February 2nd. More information on FIFA 23 is available at .
