The son of ‘Apache’ Alcides de Oliveira died

Gerson de Oliveira, former striker for Emelec and son of former goalscorer Apache Alcides, died this Saturday due to kidney disease that was diagnosed since 2014 when he was a member of the Delfín Sporting Club manabita team in series B.

The mortal remains of the 32-year-old former player are veiled in the La Bendición 4 room of the Jardines de Esperanza cemetery, in the north of Guayaquil. The funeral will be this Sunday, January 8 at 5:00 p.m.

“I know that donations are difficult in these times, but I want this message to reach as far as possible, to each person who reads it.
