Manchester United’s search for a new center forward may be over. This Saturday (7), the English club approached a deal with Wought Weghorst, a Burnley player on loan to Besiktas. The information is from the French newspaper footmercato.
The Dutch striker’s contract with United would be on loan until the end of the season. Weghorst is 1.97 cm and can help the Red Devils have more area presence and firepower in aerial plays.

The striker’s signing comes shortly after United manager Erik ten Hag declared the club were looking for a top man in the market.
With that, Weghorst would arrive to replace Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese star left the English team in December and went to Saudi Arabia to play for Al Nassr.
