Nurmagomedov said that the Russian fought with damage. “I understood that at any moment the injury could make itself felt, there was even a moment in the training camp, where the whole team tried to persuade him that the fight had to be rescheduled,” the fighter said.
Tukhugov defeated an opponent from Brazil by unanimous decision. He has 26 fights, in which he won 20 victories and suffered five defeats. Another fight ended in a draw.
UFC 267 took place on October 30 in Abu Dhabi. In addition to Tukhugov, Russians Pyotr Yan, Islam Makhachev, Alexander Volkov, Magomed Ankalaev, Albert Duraev and Tagir Ulanbekov won their fights.
