With a brace from Ecuadorian Leonardo Campana and an agonizing goal in injury time from Argentine Gonzalo Higuain, Inter Miami beat DC United 3-2 as visitors on Sunday.

Belgian Christian Benteke opened the scoring for DC United in the 22nd minute but Campana equalized in the 39th minute, taking advantage of a loose ball in the rival area after a corner kick.
Campana himself, who has 10 goals in 24 games, put Inter ahead with an acrobatic shot in minute 53 but the Greek Taxiarchis Fountas, with a powerful shot from outside the area, made it 2-2 in minute 57.
Inter continued to search for victory and found a prize when pipe HiguaĆn finished off a cross from DeAndre Yedlin into the net at minute 90+4.
“He’s back,” the Florida cast posted on his Twitter account showing a collage of the Ecuadorian international Campana.
The ex-Barcelona SC recently reappeared after an injury (left quadriceps strain) that kept him off the field since August 4.
