The last M¦ 2022 competitions in athletics were held on Sunday. Unfortunately, the Poles did not manage to improve their medal-winning achievements. We end the event with four rings. He won the gold in the hammer throw. Wojciech Nowicki was second in the same competition. Two silvers were also won, who was second in the 20 and 35 kilometers walk.

Thanks to one gold and three silver, the White and Reds took eighth place in the final medal standings of the event. This is the best result of all the European teams. Second in this respect is Great Britain, which won a total of seven medals and took 11th place. There was no equal who stood on the podium 33 times on their land. They won as many as 13 gold rings, 9 silver and 11 bronze rings.
