The event occurred on October 9, 2021, in the Bellavista neighborhood, in San Miguel de los Bancos. The woman would have been threatened with a knife to leave her home and be taken to the aggressor’s house, where she was locked up.
“Two days later, the woman, who had edema in her left eye, managed to escape and notify the police,” according to the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE).
Finding the whereabouts of the victimizer, the citizen undertook a race to escape from the agents. When he was cornered he would have threatened a police officer with a machete. Finally, he managed to be arrested and placed under the orders of the authority.

The forensic medical examination was also presented in which it was stated that, after the physical examination, the victim presented several contusive traumatic injuries to the head, neck and arms.
Finally, the expert who carried out the examination of the social environment concluded that the victim presented vulnerability factors, added to the reconnaissance reports of the place where the events occurred.
